Air Suspension Blowers, 10HP-400HP, uses self-acting air bearings that generate a supporting gas film after start-up, eliminating the need for lubricating oil and delivering 100 % oil-free operation. Driven directly by a high-speed permanent-magnet synchronous motor and a 3-D aerodynamic impeller, the unit achieves 20–35 % higher overall efficiency than traditional Roots blowers.
